Delaire Landing Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for about 12 years now and the staff is wonderful. Kathy and Mike in the front office are always so kind. Nick and his team (the Maintenance Crew)never disappoint point. If you’re looking for a nice place that’s located in the city, but outside of the city then look no further. Delaire Landing is a great place to live.

I have found them very helpful with any request I have for them. Mike and Kathy are very nice and try to make it a place I want to live. Maintenance is there taking care of issues that day. The whole staff is top notch. I am very pleased with everything and am enjoying living at Delaire Landing. They are in my book 5 star all the way.

My husband and I enjoyed our time living at Delaire. We had a baby so we needed to move for more room, but it was our first home together as a family. A special thank you to Kathy for making our move out a smooth transition and helping us along the way.

The apartments are well kept, and any maintenance issues are quickly addressed. The recreation complex is fantastic, too. It's a great place to live.

I know people that live here. Very nice place. Some residents that own condos do not like those that rent apartments, and they are not ashamed to speak negatively about renters. Some people are never happy!
