Del Webb Minneola- 55+ Retirement Community

The Customer Care Manager, Shelby Parker, and Robert Warren were absolutely amazing. Shelby reviewed the inspector’s report and promptly scheduled the necessary vendor appointments. She then followed up on every vendor and repair to ensure everything was completed properly and to my satisfaction. Both Shelby and Robert were very professional, helpful, and genuinely interested in addressing my concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt completely comfortable in our new home. They are truly great assets to Pulte.

Couldn’t be happier at Del Webb Mineola. Although the community is behind and delivering its amenity center with pool and Pickleball courts, Once it’s done, it’s gonna be fantastic! I have recommended this community to my friends. Who wouldn’t wanna live in a place with great staff and amazing neighbors. You can see the Disney fireworks and SpaceX launches from this community.

The new house is absolutely incredible - I couldn't be happier! Del Webb Minneola neighborhood is absolutely great. Everyone is friendly - there are plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors - the facilities are great (can't wait for new clubhouse to be complete) - and all the staff is very friendly and willing to help any way they can. I highly recommend Del Webb Minneola!

We are very happy with our new home. The entire process from choosing our home with Sheryl Perez through the build process with our CM Trevor Gouin was very efficient. They were both excellent! We would highly recommend Del Webb Minneola.
