Del Webb at Viera- 55+ Retirement Community

My experience with Pulte at Del Webb was wonderful. I initially bought a move-in ready home as a vacation home which I loved. Then I decided to make a primary home and built bigger. From Morgan, my sales rep, to Crystal at design and then working with Marvin, my construction manager through the build process I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. Kristi and the Warranty team was very responsive and easy to work with. Lastly, Brenda at PGP Title was wonderful too. My overall experience was great!

We purchased a property within the Del Webb Viera community a year ago and are very happy with the outcome. The house is very well made and has all the features we were looking for in a retirement home. We live on a great street with some wonderful neighbors. There are lots of ways to stay busy here and the new amenity building is very near completion. That will add a lot of new features and benefits that we are looking forward to. Given the many different home styles and building lots I believe there is an potential option for almost anyone to take advantage of all that this awesome community has to offer.

The building process with Del Webb at Viera was exceptional, from our sales person, Katy Arrington, our construction manager, trades people, all the way through our 1 year warranty review! Everything was very smooth! Awesome experience! Love our new home.

We bought a quick move in home. The buying process was very smooth and the construction manager Morgan was very helpful in answering all our questions and quickly addressing all items on our punch list. Our sales person Lisa was also very supportive during the buying process and made the process very easy. She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we bought the home that was right for us.

The purchase of our new home has been hassle free! Bridget is an excellent sales person that very knowledgeable about the community, benefits and what you need to take care of to move in. Our realtor, Dawn Standell is priceless, she helped us in so many ways! Morgan our construction mgr on-site is phenomenal, he took care of our every need. Brenda at the title company could not be more accommodating. James Johnson at the mortgage company was very friendly as well. We can't wait to move in!
