Great team, very knowledgeable. Cassidy and Bianca are very welcoming and friendly, would definitely recommend this property! I definitely feel like the leasing office team definitely makes the community what it is and they're doing a great job! Definitely a great asset to this community. Maintenance team is great, Mario, & the team went above and beyond to make sure my move in experience was seamless. Great experience!

I delayed writing this review because I genuinely like the community and find the staff friendly. Unfortunately, my patience and cooperation have not led to meaningful progress or satisfactory results. The front office staff is pleasant and generally responsive, and the community itself is quiet and well maintained. I had to relocate rather quickly and chose this property because of its location and the incentives advertised by the leasing agent. Unfortunately, I am beginning to feel that moving here was a mistake. I have been in contact with the front office for almost two months regarding a gift card incentive that was contractually promised to be provided at the end of October. My tour guide Kiya was amazing! She was very friendly and attentive which I really appreciate because this was my first apartment tour ever. The complex was very nice, brand new, and full of amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone apartment hunting around the Austin area!

I had a few conflicting appointments on the original date that I planned to tour, however, she was extremely flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my busy schedule.
