Del Rio Apartments

I have been living in this community for three years now and I love it. Barbara has been our property manager. Marilyn and the rest of the staff are amazing not only with me, but with my kids having a disability is challenging, but it helps when you have people on staff that are so accommodating, they really go above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and safe Even walking me to my door when I go visit the front office my kids love it here especially the pool when it comes to location you can’t be Dell Rio apartment townhomes here you close to the casino to schools not far from Busch Gardens. Our church is three minutes from here. You’ve got the indoor washer and dryer hook up but conveniently across the street we have a corner store restaurant and the laundromat that I mentione

My personal experience with the team of Del Rio feels family oriented Ms Barbara and Ms Marilyn are two of the most loving people have personally met no only do they care about the community they manage they care about the people they move into it…. Once I started talking to them and seen the unit I knew this was where I wanted to sign my next lease.

I moved in here a few weeks back and I can confidently say that I’m very pleased. Here are the pros and cons about the apartment Cons: 1. Roaches I’ve seen a few roaches, on move in day there were quite a few on the floor but they were all dead and I’ve seen a couple after moving in but it’s definitely manageable. It’s not a severe infestation, As long as you are consistent with pest control and maintenance you should be fine. I recommend sealing any cracks or floorboards with silicone, that helped tremendously. 2. The Area The area isn’t the best but I’ve seen a lot worse and it’s definitely better than a lot of other Tampa areas. 3. Amenities There aren’t many amenities really, they don’t have a laundry mat but there’s a laundry mat next door. It’s literally a five minute walk at bes

The office people are amazingly nice and the houses are great I've lived here for like 3 years

Del Río has been good to me in two years! Since I have been here. It has been peace in the hood! No problems with the community nor the front office! Speaking on the office those two young lady’s are approcable very friendly! Also the don’t play about meeting your requests! I am so grateful for them! Del Rio has been good to me and my wife! Until it’s time to move we are going to continue to give every day that we are here!
