Del Mar Property Management

If you are a property OWNER do not use this company. They will rent to anyone. They rented a home that is overflowing with occupants and have at least 10 cars leaking oil all over the streets. Del Mar Property talked to occupants and now they just moved the leaking oil trucks on other streets to stain. Del Mar said the renters can park anywhere on the street they want and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about the leaking oil.

My fiancé & I rented from Del Mar in November of 2021. We were having a rough time trying to find a place due to my low credit & having a small dog. Wanda was able to work with us & find a way to be able to rent to us. It was mine & my fiancés first place together & she gave us the opportunity when everyone else turned us away. Living there was nice & any problems we had, she was able to help us right away. We were living upstairs & asked if we could move downstairs & they allowed us to move, no questions. We did have some flooding due to all the rain but the owner came by & they were able to help us within a couple hours. I have never had any issues with Del Mar’s management. Del Mar is the most pleasant and efficient property management I have ever had. As a renter I greatly appreciate their quick response to maintenance issues, and very clear communication about anything and everything regarding the home I rent through them. In an area full of bad property management companies it is very nice to have Del Mar as my PM.

We qualified and were chosen for a place but had something on our end that prevented us from taking it. Wanda was very understanding , fair, and professional. I will go back to Del Mar in the future. Highly recommended.

One star rating is too good for this company they email you from different emails so there mail finds your junk mail then there is a notice on your door for non compliance the Owner Wanda goes to your rental and sneaks around the property and when we moved out Wanda claims she was happy with the condition of the property then in email communications said we would be getting our full deposit then when I finally received it she reduced our deposit. this company has been nothing but problems and are completely unprofessional!!!! If you rent any property they manage you have been warned! Addition: I do find it funny that all the negative reviews say just about the same thing!!!! I wonder what that means? Might I add the apartment we rented we were in since 2014 and through a change of ownersh
