These are slum landlords raising prices but not repairing ammenities that they tell residents are included with the rental. Not a gated community, no working swimming pool, by law due to apartments insurance no use of fireplaces. Appliances from the 70s, nothing is updated. A coat of paint and cheap linoleum floors is the revamped apartments with mold growing behind the paint.

I wish i could give them zero star this place is overpriced without any maintaining and poor management who doesn’t give importance to their job🥺only one reason to live here is no roaches otherwise everything bad u can imagine here

Apartments are old, overpriced and needs TLC. Poor management and junker cars in the tenant parking that needs to be towed.

I called to ask for apartment price & the lady answering wouldnt let me know the price for their apartments
