Del Mar Apartments

Living at Del Mar Apartments has been fairly easy. It’s not a high-end place, but it’s comfortable and works well for everyday living. The apartment covers the essentials, parking is convenient, and the area is generally quiet. Overall, it’s been a good, practical place to stay.

I just moved in. The office staff was very polite prior to me moving in they gave me the unit I wanted upon my request and placed new appliances in my apartment. Sebastian my leasing agent and Melissa the manager were quick with any concerns I had prior to moving in. I also ran into minor issues that needed to be fixed upon moving into my unit and the maintenance guy Paul came and fixed it within 20 minutes. He also was very polite and responsive. So far I’m satisfied with the service and response from the team.

I’ve lived here for approximately a year and some change. I even renewed my lease for 6 months which I ultimately REGRET. No apartment is perfect however people want to live comfortably. In my apartment there is roaches of all sizes that come out the walls. They’re in the bathroom , in the kitchen living room everywhere. Even in the bed and microwave it’s like no escaping it. The roach problem wasn’t this bad at the beginning but now it’s insane it’s literally an infestation. I’ve put in multiple requests for pest control and I keep getting the same answer of we are working on it and we put you on the list. I even asked to be let out of my lease and they said no they can’t do it due to a pest problem and the most they could do was transfer me units and I pay a fee. My oven only works on tw

I have had the pleasure of interacting with Melissa, and I must say, she is an outstanding member of the apartment staff. From day one,cause her professionalism and friendly demeanor. She took time to listen to me and my concerns. Whenever there’s an issue, be it maintenance-related or a resident concern, Melissa handles it with remarkably.

Yes these apartments do have some issues but around this area most apartments do I truly have had ups and downs but when it come to having to set arrangements Melissa has been pretty understanding of course if you are truly trying to pay your rent. And I guess I lucked out with my unit I really have not had much issues so far. Yes maintenance could be a little faster :)
