So far I love the energy staff work fast got me approved fast for my apartment I'm super excited for moving in this month I appreciate it deeply finally going be able to call home home can't wait to get keys and. Finally have a peaceful living place thank you staff

Don’t move here, trash everywhere sick and tired of it. For 1,200 a month?!! Plus $25 a month for “trash pick up” diapers everywhere , gate don’t work. Kids breaking in into apartments and no working cámaras.

I’ve been living her little over 3 years and I do not recommend moving here. My car constantly vandalized and even was stolen. Management never fixed the gates or have security. As single mother I don’t recommend moving here. And it floods horribly

Been living here for 4 months and my carpet wasn’t cleaned before I moved inside, tub is peeling , bugs biting me call for extermination and to make matters worse AC Have went out 5x already. The absolute worse place I have stayed. Never had to go through none of this. They rigged my ac to where it won’t turn on which is illegal.. DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

My son moved in October or November the door that opens to the patio does not fit the frame and there is a big gap in the door. He has asked the office to put in a door that fits but they are dragging their feet. My son spent this winter arctic blast with a door that has a gap, big enough for the frost and animals to enter. The door is closed in these photos
