Del Corazon Apartments

I lived here six years ago. I was the first one in my apartment. I loved it!! I had no problems with neighbors and no problems in neighborhood. I would have stayed but I started seeing roaches three years in so somebody brought them. At that point I had to leave I didn’t want to. I left the apartment in great condition and I was just notified that they’re asking for over $300 that I pay them. So I will be back with an updated review!

Literally WORST apartments!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to even my worst enemy!! I have been keeping my cool but OMG I HAVE TO SHARE because I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone!! So you have to pay a holding fee in order to apply to the apartment and they tell you it’s 100% refundable if you get denied for any reason. I’ve been calling them literally every week for the past 3 months trying to get our “refundable” money back and they don’t give it back. They avoid me, tell me they’ll call me back, say it’s on the way (I check the mail EVERYDAY) I’m literally taking them to court because of how rude, disrespectful, and absolutely baffling they’ve been treating me and my husband. Not sure if Asset Living (The Managment company will read this or not) I will be filing a FAIR HOUSING COMPLAINT against the Property Manager and the Leasing Agent. There is no need to mistreat people in general. If you don't like your job don't work, there. There is no need to make it difficult for residents (as a reminder the customer is always right meaning that's how bills are paid including the employees). We pay what is due as a resident and it's not fair that we are getting treated unfairly due to our gender and/or rece or just because the office staff is having a bad day. The office staff provides 0 solutions and make you feel like you are the problem. DO NOT APPLY HERE OR MOVE IN unless you want to get treated like trash. If I could I'd put 0 stars. This place is absolutely horrible. Lived in 4407-304 my boyfriend passed away in the apartment, they refused me to move units and constantly harassed after he passed away about how and why he passed. They have roaches and just horrible management and maintenance.

Unprofessional rude office ladies who are often out of office since they dont have a lunch time so you have to get lucky to find them. Also dont manage parking leaving cars illegaly parked for over days
