We closed on our new house on 5/9/25. I can’t say enough good things about our real estate agent, Brandy Chauvin. She made the process so seamless on the selling side and the buying side. She is always available and answered all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable and always prepared. We have known her since 2022 when we were looking at houses previously. She is very sweet and helpful.

The staff at DeFoor Realty was very helpful throughout the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. John and Lloyd visited our property for a real-estate transaction unassociated with our home transition. We had been considering remodeling and had moved much of our furniture in preparation. John and Theresa were very helpful in selling our house. We had a few bumps with prospective buyers backing out at the last minute and John and Theresa continued to be very positive and said the right buyer would come along, which happened. We had already moved to another state and they were great keeping us informed. They also checked on the house periodically, especially during the cold spells.
