Deerwood Apartments

My husband and I have lived at deerwood for 3 years and we LOVE it. The office staff and Maintenance are so friendly, helpful and understanding. During one hot summer our AC went out on a Saturday and they got it fixed within a few hours. If we could live here forever we would. We will always recommend deerwood.

I lived here for three years and their service is consistent! Awesome staff. Property is always clean. Nice and quiet. The office staff was easy to get ahold of. If I could live there longer I would. My mom calls it her get-away apt.

I love it at Deerwood! The Management & Maintenance staff know residents by first name and are extremely responsive to requests. They are friendly and make residents feel like they are part of a community. I also feel safe and secure at all times, day or night!

There are many great things I could say about living in this apartment complex. Crystal and Emily in the front office are kind, helpful and super friendly. The maintenance staff is top tier, within 5 minutes after putting a request in they are ready to help. The staff at Deerwood makes living here cozy, comfortable and personal. The grounds themselves are kept immaculate, and the complex is overall quiet and peaceful. No other complex in Tyler compares, I would highly recommend considering them for your next home!

Best apartment I've ever lived in. The units are nice and modern, landscaping is good too. It's extremely quiet, no fireworks, loud music or domestics. The staff is friendly and accommodating, we put in for a repair service and they showed up in 10 minutes flat. They allow pets, most importantly reptiles. You actually can decorate your patio, my old apartment only allowed furniture. It's conveniently located near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Cozy fireplaces in some units too. I suggest screening your patio there's quite a few wasps though.
