Deerfield Run

My good friend was staying out here with babies. Bugs are horrible, maintenance is extremely slack. And don't let me get started about the mold and huge raccoons that live in and around the dumpsters!!!! Major renovations are needed especially with the audacity to raise the rent lol come on now. The pool should just be permanently shut down, filled in and turned into a doggy park or kids playground, at least with that it doesn't require much maintenance. People are humans not animals Deerfield Run! I'd give no star but had to give something to comment.

Horrible experience maintenance doesn’t clean the pool or do any work. The roaches are bad here very bad. People have dogs living with them and they don’t pay the fee it’s very dirty and need to be updated instead of worried about a gate

This is a nice place to live because the people are friendly and mostly stick to themselves but The bugs are terrible!! Maintance isn’t the best either. Our air / heat hasn’t worked since we’ve moved in and maintance has been out 3 times to fix it but no luck.
