⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve lived at Deerfield Estates here in Tulsa for a while now, and I genuinely have to commend both the management and maintenance teams for the way they handle things. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The office staff were organized, professional, and quick to answer questions — it really set a positive tone for living here. Since moving in, the maintenance team has been consistently responsive and friendly. They handle requests as quickly as possible, and they’re always polite and respectful when they come by. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property running smoothly, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day comfort. I also appreciate that management makes an effort to build a sense of community. They put together events

Me and my family have lived here since 2013. We love it here. We have raised both of our daughters here. This is Jenks school district. You get a great price for the size of your apartment. They have a huge pool, laundry room, gym, and even offer covered parking in some areas on property.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I’ve lived here for 4 months, since the middle of October. There has been a COCKROACH infestation since the week I moved in, when they spray they use power that DOES NOT exterminate the problem, the bugs continues to reproduce, day and night crawl on kitchen counter, in the cabinets and up the walls of my bedroom. I put in a maintenance request for my DISHWASHER on December 26th, our plastic rotator melted in half and they have YET reach out about when they will come fix it and it’s been almost 3 weeks. Please STAY AWAY from these apartments, they are too expensive for the quality.

When I moved in a year ago this was a nice place to live, but over the last couple months management has gone on a power trip. Sending out emails for the pettiest things like saying we will be fined if they determine our decorations are out of season, or we will be fined if we don’t use a specific kind of trash can that only they can provide but are somehow always out of stock. They NEVER respect a 24 hour notice for anything: pest control, scheduled water repairs, “preventative maintenance”. And speaking of preventative maintenance, it’s just an excuse to snoop around your apartment. They say it’s their opportunity to have management look around your unit and make sure you are being tidy up to their standards in all rooms while maintenance changes your air filter. When I tell you do not move into these apartments they will scam you out your money. They just stole 600 deposit of mine and when I moved out they gave me $36 back. They just made up everything that they could think. If You decide to move in make sure you take pictures of every little thing because that’s what they gonna try to charge you for everything. nothing in an apartment is brand new, that how they gone sell it to you. that’s why I’m glad I contact my attorney and I took before and after pictures before move in and out. that comment below mines please believe it. My apartment was good condition.
