Deerfield Apartments

Paying for WiFi since the reception is bad, but i can’t even use the wifi here, it keeps disconnecting every damn 30 minutes, i called my provider and they told me they can’t do nothing about it since its the apartments internet box that is faulty. And how could it not be if its on a hallway where kids take out the cover and play with the cables. Idk but overall terrible experience when it comes with the internet service. And i don't think they’ll fix it since its too much money for them to fix the box.

Worst apartment i ever live in, neighbors giving someone problem every time and apartment do nothing about it. even their increasement to renew lease is always high, they increase their lease with $85, $100, or even more than that. That is too much for people that already been living in the apartment for years. When am not a new resident. The increasement in their money is too much. And another problem in this apartment is the people living inside like the neighbors given too much problems, noisy, they will mess up ur entrance with animals poop..whereas they put it in their lease agreement that their should be no pet. But a lot of pets in this apartment. like the stupid neighbors i have always cooking and selling taco at the front of my entrance, bringing people to buy taco, partying and e

I been living here a little over 3 years and I never had a issue with these apartments, the workers are nice and always greet me in the morning and all around nice people, not to mention the rent is cheap , do recommend

Bad area, surrounded by other apartment complexes and it's just filled with crime and gunshots at night, and many children running around unsupervised during the day. My boyfriend had his vehicle broken into and his stereo and phone charger were stolen, and he doesn't even have a nice truck it's pretty old, but vandalism is found everywhere and anywhere. The price is what is keeping us here until we find a better place.

My mom lives here super ghetto gun shots every weekend! Drunks drinking every weekend making too much noise my mom’s apt needs new appliances and they never fix them accordingly
