We ordered our new Deer Valley Home and couldn’t be more pleased. I love the fact that they will customize your floor plan to your liking. The engineer even contacted our dealer a couple times about certain changes we wanted to make sure they understood how we wanted. The whole process was smooth and the quality of the home is second to none. We bought the Aimon, making changes to better suit our needs. Many of the upgrades for other manufacturers are standard for Deer Valley. They use solid wood cabinets, soft close, 2x6 exterior walls, high R19 insulation, premium #1 & #2 lumber, LVT flooring, 8’ ceilings, tilt out thermo pane windows, rounded corners and counters, to name a few. We purchased our Deer Valley Home & final trim was done last week. To say we are extremely pleased with the home is an understatement! The quality, the customizations, the heavy build, the attention to every detail...it is the best home out there. When we were looking we looked at many modular brands but when I stepped into the Deer Valley Home I knew instantly this one was better, different & I wanted it. The home traveled from Alabama to NE NC in perfect condition...what kind of house do you know can travel that distance & still be perfect? My answer is only a Deer Valley! Our experience with Deer Valley Homebuilders has been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. The build has gone months past the promised timeline, and an independent inspection revealed numerous serious issues, particularly with the roof installation, including lifted shingles, improper or missing drip edge, and multiple construction errors that raise concerns about the overall integrity of the home. Despite clear inspection findings, Deer Valley has refused to acknowledge that the roof needs to be redone or replaced, which has left us with no choice but to pursue legal counsel. Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent, accountability has been minimal, and we have repeatedly had to do the job of multiple parties just to get basic answers or next steps. It didn’t take us long to figure out that a Deer Valley modular home would check all the boxes for us: heavy built, the finishes, color choices, floor plans, etc. We had such a hard time deciding which model because we loved several. Ultimately, the Woodside stole our hearts. We encountered and worked with so many awesome people (Jeff) from New Castle/Three Stone in Harrisonville MO and with Deer Valley. The finishing team with Deer Valley (Paul and Eric), in particular, worked for days on end to make sure we were thrilled with the end result - you could tell they truly cared. We still have a lot to do (basement and property) and do encounter small issues here and there, but both entities are quick to respond and come as soon as they can. Biggest mistake! We bought our home 4 years ago based on all the great reviews I was reading. The workmanship looked like a two year old did it and all they did was make excuses. The A/C would not cool the house, turned out after several people looking at it, the duct work was not connected anywhere in the house. We have leaks in the walls that they will not address. Windows that fill up with water between the double panes and are now rusted. And every appliances in the kitchen has had to have work done on the multiple times. Glad I bought the extra warranty because it turned out they gave us discontinued models. Update- Now all the electric plugs in the kitchen do not work. We changed the breaker, pulled all the plugs to check the wires, nothing. So now I am out the cost of an e
