Deer Valley Apartments

Love these apartments. Office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Maintenance staff equally knowledgeable and helpful. I was mostly treated with respect and would rent from them again.

I lived at Deer Valley apartments for 2 years. During that time I had a great 2 bedroom with 2 baths. I had plenty of storage and a nice sheltered place for my car. Management and maintenance people where top notch and addressed all my needs in a timely manner. My neighbor's and I were friendly and considerate. My time at Deer Valley was a good one.

This was a nice quiet and quaint place to live. Emily the leasing agent was amazing. She never missed a beat when it came to her tenants. The only reason I move is because I needed more space. Affordable living at it’s best..

Don’t rent here. I lived in two units on their property and despite entering maintenance for broken items like windows or heat they wouldn’t fix. They jack the rent yearly at least 80 bucks each year and the only saving thing and reason we stayed was the leasing agent Emily who was amazing Mgmt doesn’t care about fixing issues or making unit ada compliant not even if tenant ask for help they just give you out

I lived at Deer Valley for 4 years. The apartments were clean, staff was very friendly, and maintenance was prompt when there were any issues. Everything was very professional. The apartments are still pretty new, and they're in a great location for any grocery shopping. Tenants were all pretty respectful, and I rarely heard sounds after evening hours, but everyone's mileage will vary there. My only minor complaint was that the windows on my unit leaked air more than I would have wanted, but it was a west facing wall. Maintenance did their best each year to help keep the cold out in the winter. In the end it didn't dramatically impact my opinion of the apartments, and I'm very thankful I lived there!
