Deer Run Apartments

I had a great time moving into the apartments! They have been very helpful if I have any issues at all and are always prompt about it. The ladies in the office work really hard and so do the maintenance! I'm very grateful how theyve made this such an easy transition.

My sibling and I have been living in a two bed one bath unit for about 4 months now. This is our first time renting on our own and what could be a stressful process was made very easy for us. Monica was extremely nice and prompt at getting back to me when I had questions, and the paperwork was processed quickly. We had not seen the unit at all before singing the lease due to how quickly these apartments get taken, so we were a little nervous. Thankfully, the apartment is very spacious and was clean, and the maintenance team made sure everything worked correctly before we moved in. The only issue we had was the carpet in our unit. I'm not sure if they get cleaned after a tenant leaves or if some get replaced, but ours was greasy and had a very strong odor. We spent several days just cleanin

We just moved in a couple weeks ago, and thanks to Monica, this has been such a smooth and positive move-in experience. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, super responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a single mom, I truly appreciated how supportive and organized she was throughout everything. We absolutely love the apartment and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Deer Run, and especially Monica! ☺️

I love living here! I looked at so many apartments before moving in here and Monica went above and beyond to make sure we were able to qualify and move in as soon as we could. There were a few issues when we did the walk through and the most important ones were taken care of right away. We have lived here for over 6 months and I have only had a couple maintenance issues and both were fixed right away! I will say parking is very limited even with a pass and I did have an issue with the dirt and grease stains on my front entrance way. Overall, I have loved living here and would definitely recommend it to any looking for an affordable place that feels safe and comfortable. Also very close to grocery stores and so many restaurants! It’s a great area to live in!

My boyfriend & I have been living here for almost a week now, this is our first apartment and I can confidently say that we are going to really enjoy our time here! Communication was great when applying. Monica, went above and beyond answering questions & getting us moving forward. Alyssa, was very nice & efficient when helping us the lease. Maintenance was quick and friendly as well. This homey environment is one I would definitely recommend calling home.
