Deer Run Apartments

We love it here. They are very nice, reasonable apartments. And whenever you need something fixed or done, they are right on it. Management is so nice and easy to talk to. So yes, it's a very nice place to live.

Carol was a vile and awful person and should have never been the property manager. Indigo Living has taken over this year and placed a new manager who never answers the phone, doesn't get back to the tenants, and does not take any responsibility around the property. Deer Run is by far one of the most severely neglected places to live. The maintenance team for Next Level Apartments before Indigo Living was almost non existent. The maintenance team for Indigo Living is the same. Jobs are never completed and followed up on. Indigo Living supports this place just as poorly as Next Level did and it's exhausting. Not to mention the parking lot is full of potholes and broken concrete, so your suspension and wheels are going to be destroyed by the time you leave this awful complex. Don't EVER live

Horrible place to live. The apartment itself is fine unless you’re missing something (i.e. screen door) because then you will not receive one even after asking for it. The manager is also very rude and unprofessional. When you move out they will charge you for ridiculous things, my toilet seat was broken when I moved in and they are trying to make me pay for it. Would give this place negative stars if I could absolutely horrible save yourself pain and despair and live ANYWHERE else.

The landlord here is extremely unprofessional and very rude. When i moved into my apartment it had issues, 6 months later they never got fixed so i bought out my lease so i could move out, after paying everything off she has tried conning more money out of me saying i did not pay it all of it when i have receipts and she is trying to take me to court. She will spy on you, cause issues that are not even there, and make your stay at deer run apartments completely unpleasant. Rather than the landlord, the neighbors are very nice and friendly to interact with, and never had issues with them.

HORRIBLE place to live. They treat people like garbage. The manager was so rude to my mom and grandparents. She told my mom to “lose the attitude” when she didn’t even have one! I lived there in 2017 and it was the same way. I’ve never met more rude people in my life! Plus the apartment was not clean when my grandparents moved in and they are trying to say they left it a mess when we cleaned the place top to bottom and they hardly got any deposit back and didn’t live there a year! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
