My wife and I chose Deer Ridge for our new home build and they sure hit the mark. We met with a few other builders in the surrounding area before hand and compared. From start to finish they have a fine tuned system for their building process. They were very easy to stay in touch with during the whole building process which was huge! The team there is built on integrity, hard work, and quality. Thank you for building us our dream home.

On time. On budget. Honest, hardworking contractors. Deer Ridge is the finest company I have worked with in decades. Unlike other contractors who quoted our new addition (garage with exercise room and storage above), Deer Ridge did not roll in, glance at the job, then give us a quote based on half of what we wanted. Instead, they took the time to understand the goals of the project then took the time they needed to return a quote on the entire project. Their quote turned out to be highly accurate (despite pandemic supply chain issues). Where they weren’t certain of final cost they did thorough research then provided an allowance in the budget and explained why it might not be entirely accurate. This is an UPDATE to the review I submitted two years ago. In the time since, we are still very happy with the quality of the work on our addition, and Deer Ridge has completed two more projects at our house: both were completed with the same meticulous attention to detail, and both were on time, on budget (one was actually under budget). I still highly recommend this company.

We had wind damage to our roof, not to mention the roof was going on 30 years old and needed to be replaced. My husband got in touch with Nelson who came out and gave us a great estimate. Henry came out and worked so hard to provide us with excellent service I could have not picked a better company. We had some issues with our tresses too, which Henry went on to fix. They were a great company to deal with and my husband and I are talking about building in a few years and are considering them to build our future home.
