Deer Pines by First America Homes

Very poor quality with paint, appliances, shingles, and cabinets. One month after the appliance warranties expired, the appliances started to fail. We made two or three very small requests on the new build and were told that they would make the accommodation. They took our deposit then refused to accommodate the requests. We wanted to walk away and they refused to return the deposit. Very disappointed at what we got compared to what we paid. We were also consistently lied to by the sales person Who seemed to say everything he needed to say to make a sale but did not follow through on any of it. I felt like was dealing with a “buy here, pay here”used car salesman instead of a $400,000 home salesman.I tell anybody who’s considering moving out here to run away.

Fantastic experience from the start until the closing. Being a real estate professional its a breath of fresh air to work with a builder and sales consultant that care just as much for the client as I do.
