Deer Palms Apartments

I lived here for 3 years, the rent is affordable and the manager Izamar is absolutely wonderful and kind. The grounds are quiet and clean. Living next door to the elementary school the traffic never got out of hand. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. There's always parking. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. Thank you Izamar and Deer palms!

Worst experience of my life. I can agree with Ms. Gross’s review. I paid a fee for trash removal and such. Their dumpsters were always littered with debris. One day while taking out my trash I fall because I tripped on the debris. I was in a cast for a year. Couldn’t work. Didn’t even want to pursue a legal route but they wouldn’t work with me on rent and such. I pursue the legal route and they barely cover my medical bills and legal fees. Mind you I work in healthcare and am not looking for an easy payout however to lose a year worth of work, $39,500. Companies like this just don’t give a shit.

We've been part of this community for 3yrs now and Izamar has been so helpful and understanding throughout our stay. Maintenance does a great job as well at keeping the property clean✨

I been living here for 4+ years and honestly I love it, sometimes they get a little bit strict with the poarches and I go to other friends apartment complex and then I understand why they are so strict, it's always cleaned and maintained. I highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived in these apartments and just moved out for other reasons. Management has been very nice and always take care all the problems that occurred. i definitely be staying here longer if I didn’t have to leave
