These people need to get their act together. I reached out for an appointment and it took a while before someone got back to me, but I got it booked. Then I got sick and had to reschedule and that's where things got ridiculous. I got a response saying they're sorry Im not feeling well and here's 2 options on the new date. I select a time and say thank you. Moments later, I get an identical text, like word for word, except this one says there's no appointments on my selected date. I reply that I'm confused as I was literally just offered this option and I get an "I'm sorry for the confusion (repeat of days/times originally offered)" and so I select my day and time. Once again, I immediately get an identical text with "Sorry for the confusion..." only this time it says there are no appoint

Nice apartments with W/D in unit for all 2+ bedroom units. Fairly quiet area, kept clean, assigned parking for each unit, and the manager Glen is a very nice guy who is very easy to work with. The apartments are fairly large, and while they're a bit more expensive than some you're getting what you pay for.

In the 3 years that I lived here I had no real complaints about the complex or it's management. If there was a problem with something in the apartment, maintenance as there within 24 hours. Nothing fancy but reasonable on rent. The staff are pretty friendly. Five stars represent perfection and there is nothing that is perfect. Like 99% of all apartments parking is an issue for a 2 car household.

Well table rock residential has lived up to their horrible name in the industry. It is impossible to get ahold of anybody any the office about anything. You’ll be lucky to get a reply through email a week later. They don’t reply to texts and have not answers a phone call in months. Work orders take weeks and they’ll lose their master key and not make a new one no matter how many times you leave a key for them. The only reason they are still in business is because there isn’t enough rentals for everybody out there. If you have choices stay away from any table rock property
