Deep Run Park

Nowhere safe for kids to play, the designated play areas are overgrown with vegetation, mulch never gets replaced, the paint is completely chipping off all the remaining "play equipment". No traffic calming areas in neighborhood. No recycling.

While being one of the few affordable community's to live in Howard County, the park management has gone downhill & does nothing to improve the park or make it safer yet every year raises the Lot Rent with out fail.

They towed my car clause there were no plates on it... I just paid all my tickets the day before to get plates put on... now I don’t have a place to put my car and can’t get plates..

Nice neighbor hood. And 1 of very few mobile home parks that have a community pool to use.

Great area but too many drugs for the children in the area
