Why no ability to wire closing funds? It’s 20th century, wires can be done safely,

I was the seller in a transaction for which Deep Creek Title was selected by the buyer. They incorrectly processed the file for closing and did not catch their error until over a week post closing and then decided to demand additional money from me caused by their error. They were rude and insensitive to my financial position. I now see they did this to someone else as well.. if you're buying or selling real estate in DCL choose someone else.

We have now had two closings with Deep Creek Title Group! They do excellent work! They made the process very easy. They explained everything and answered our questions. Most recently, we worked with Keri and Liz and they exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them again!

There was an error in the closing paperwork that they didn't discover until after closing, and now they are going after my great aunt, an elderly woman in a nursing home. If you are looking for a title company to pay attention to details and do its job responsibly, then this is not the title company for you.
