Deco at CNB Apartments

Love the Deco - steps from great restaurants, conveniently located close to my work near the capital. The indoor space is well kept and great communication from the property management team.

I came here in July of 2023 to get my masters at VCU Medical. This has been an incredible experience. Deco is smack dab in the centre of everything. I parked my vehicle in the garage and took my bike everywhere. It's conveniently located. Every month we were surrounded by some kind of activity. We are a 3 minute walk to the convention centre where there were dozens of events. Once day I woke up to see thousands of joggers in a marathon. Another time, I walked to the Jazz festival across the street, and another month I walked a short 8 minutes to the Folk Festival by the river. I took the FREE bus to a basketball game, and went to several Flying squirrel's games. Carytown is nearby. The Museum is close. The school library is a cozy bike ride up the road. Did a short term lease at DECO and have no complaints. Maintenance was always quick and front desk is very responsive. Great location and amenities as well.

I lived at the Deco for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it! We were on the 14th floor and could see downtown sitting on our couch, and were lucky enough to see fireworks in our living room! The complex is beautiful and are tons of amenities to utilize. Jessica in the office is who helped us and was always so helpful and welcoming and the leasing consultant was always so positive and knowledgeable. We sadly had to leave due to renting a house with a little more space, but anyone looking to live there I would encourage to do so. Solid office, solid complex, amazing experience! Thank you all!

🙏🏼💝🦋There's really nothing I can complain about, Absolutely Love this place . 💖Deco has every amenity you could imagine the gym and yoga room is so amazing, peaceful and quiet. Even when I moved in the place was cleaned✅️, painted before I moved in✅️, but regardless when you move into any apartment you have to clean it for yourself anyway this day and time. 🥰💖Deco is absolutely a beautiful residence🦋💕. Also remember it's in how you keep your place clean, or take care of your place. The only thing I can say that the downfall at times is the scent of the trash sometime . Its dumpster area is so unbearable sometime but fixed for the most part. It's really hard to deal with trash sent ,but they have gotten✅️ a new deodorizer to help with the scent I Love this✅️.
