Very easy to work with and exceptional service. The original excavator we selected made a simple process difficult, but DC construction worked with us and powered through it. The job site was orderly and clean during construction and everything was done as expected. Everything was completed when expected and updates were given throughout the build. Highly recommend.

Derek was incredibly pleasant to work with from our initial conversations proposing our project, through construction completion. Derek managed and oversaw our project with professionalism and provided superb customer service. A few years ago, we completed a project with a different local contractor where we were very clearly the small project that was often put on the backburner, causing increased project timeline and less than ideal finished results. We were very pleased that this was NOT the case when working with Derek. He was very quick to respond to all inquiries and messages, honest with his scheduling and cost estimates, and went above and beyond to ensure that we loved our new kitchen and interior renovations throughout our cottage. Derek and his crew built a 24'x60' pole barn for us in October 2023, the entire experience was above expectation. Derek was great to work with and is a true professional - reliable, organized, great communication. Derek coordinated materials and subcontractors to keep the project moving at a good pace from beginning to end. Everyone he brought into the project was pleasant and professional. We would gladly hire DC Construction for any other building project. Can't recommend highly enough!

We did a full exterior renovation this year including roof, facia, sofits, sheathing, vapor wrap, siding with shake, windows, doors and a new composite deck. Derek at DC Construction and his crew did an awesome job! His price was fair and he completed the job in a timely manner. They do high quality work and we would recommend him to anyone considering his services.

DCCR recently renovated our screen porch turning it into a sunroom with a heated tile floor. We also had them add on a small deck and replace our old deck boards and railing with Trex. They even built a planter to hide a utility box on our front porch. The guys were on time daily and didn't mess around. They went right to work and got the job done efficiently and professionally. All issues were dealth with promptly and they were responsive to any questions or requests. We would highly recommend Derrick & Ron and plan to have them do more work for us in the future.
