Our experience with Dazcon as a tenant has been great so far. We were looking for homes from out of state and they helped us find homes that would make us happy. When I made the drive down to see homes, Laurie met be first thing on a Monday morning to ensure we would find a home. Vickie was helpful during the application process and communicated anything needed from me for verification right away. One of the best parts with Dazcon is there are real people helping you that legitimately seem to care. Many other rental companies seem to do everything with AI Bots now. I got a strong impression that they truly care about being good stewards for both tenants and landlords.

Dazcon Properties has been managing my rental properties (4 currently, previously 6) for over 15 years. When it comes to getting rental properties marketed and rented quickly, collecting monthly rent and disbursing Landlord they deserve an A+. Dazcon is also good about pro-actively conducting annual walk throughs and slowly increasing rents (while maintaining good tenants) when renewing leases. Dazcon has a good network of vendors that charge fairly for repairs and property prep turnover! If you are looking to rent out your residential property - definitely check them out - personal service where they answer the phone and know you by name/property when you call!

Deleting my 5star review! Which was made before my departure. Pleeease don’t expect your security deposit back from dazcon properties. I was going to small claims court but at this moment I’m so distraught because I depended on my security deposit to clear some finacial debt but here I am. NO DEPOSIT so skip last months rent and let them keep the deposit cause they will keep it anyways.

These guys are great 👍. I have been a tennant of there's for 5 years as of this Spring and they have not raised the rent unreasonably, gave always been responsive, and professional. And the have this super power in their mantaince department named Lance, who should be wearing a cape.

One of the best property managers I've personally worked with! They had my home listed/occupied with literal lightning speed. As an out of state owner I can rest assured that my property is in good hands. Most months, I totally forget about this property until the money hits my account. It's that easy.
