renovations great, new management solid
Do not rent here unless you want to change property managers every month, loose your lease, not repair what they said they were going to repair and overcharging you on items that were included in the rent. When we moved in there were holes in closet door, bathroom door, and the shower head was leaking to the point it damaged the dry way! They constantly change numbers and websites so you can't figure out who to contact and the only way we could give our 30 day notice is by mail through the drop off box! But the maintenance person found our 30 day notice not the "new" manager. The only positive thing about this place is the current maintenance guy who actually wants to make this a better place! I would give 0 out of 5...
