I don’t recommend anyone lives here they have mice and roaches and they don’t really do anything about it. One of my neighbors was making crack in the building for years and it made people sick because it made the whole building smell. They also tried to send me an eviction notice weeks after I said I was moving out. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth paying $1800 for all that.

The laundry room is the best place to wash your clothes every day or weekends and have a great time at the center for christmas dinner party and have a great summer BBQ every summer on August

I have lived here for over twelve years, I like living here sometimes it's just some little issues but other than that everything is great the environment is good outside is always nice and clean, the people in the office all respectful and courtesy the maintenance is always available and answers calls with in 24 hours. Josh he one of the best person that works in the center because he work so hard to make the kids and all the community happy 😊 he always does his best to have more activities, games and more, bingo part and boat cruise is my favorite. Good job Josh keep up and thank for all you do for the community. 🙏🏽🤗

Great place , quite lived her for 10 Years never know issues. Everyone in the office is friendly and love the activities they have going on at the community center for the kids after school , Josh is great one the best ! The kids love him very helpful , does a lot of different activities an events with the kids , keeps them Busy and out of trouble.
