We are so grateful to Davidson Homes for the way they addressed the issue we were experiencing in our backyard. From start to finish, the process was handled with such care and professionalism. A special thank you goes to Victoria, who truly went above and beyond to make sure our warranty was enacted. She pioneered the effort, kept us updated along the way, and ensured everything was resolved in a timely and effective manner. It’s rare to find a company that not only builds beautiful homes but also stands firmly behind their work and supports homeowners after the sale. My wife and I were excited to move into our first home in May 2022 at the Reverie Community in Georgia. During the walk through we noticed that there were some different colored paint spots on the exterior of the house as well as large mis-matched portions. The contractor assured us that it could be fixed or would fade. I submitted a claim a few months after asking them to fix it in 2022 to no avail. The contractor admitted that the house was painted way too early and in order for it to actually look like what we paid for, the whole house would need to be repainted. They had multiple companies quit and start the painting of the house and it shows. The internal trim was lazily installed and painted. TERRIBLE. Bought a house in 2023. Had issues with the master shower grout. Had to have it redone multiple times. Now 2+ years later, we’re still having issues with the grout but Davidson says it out of warranty. So we’re out of pocket a couple grand on something that was addressed at our pre closing walk through, once before our one year walk through, then again at our one year walk through. It was obviously never fixed correctly, just band aided to get to the one year mark. Our plumbing also had to be redone. We were told with low flow toilets, you have to hold the handle down for 5 seconds and you may have to flush multiple times per bathroom occurrence. No, the issue was that there was negative fall on the main drain line. Overall the Davidson product is awful for as much as we paid.

I am a recent buyer at Riverwood and have a very disappointing experience. It leaves a pit in my stomach just thinking about what on earth I paid 550k for and what passes off as a "house" nowadays. We had faulty co2 monitors blasting in our first week of moving in, in the middle of the night. A month in we noticed the veneer peeling off on our kitchen and bath tiles. Two months later we had a water leak that ruined our walls and ceiling. We have counted over 120 nails popping through the dry wall just two months into living here. We even have cracks at a stud in our kitchen. The warranty person ruined our white quartz with her grout work and won't take accountability for her messy work (did I mention our grout completely broke after just 3 weeks living here?). My family and I could not be more pleased with our new home. We loved being able to go to the design studio and have a professional help us colorize our home. Our walk through was a breeze thanks to Larry Owens! I would recommend Davidson Homes!
