We were so fortunate to have David as our contractor. He did an amazing job on our new addition and renovation of our existing house. He coordinated his subcontractors (who were all very pleasant and outstanding in their fields) and the permitting process to keep things timely. His choice of materials and finishes couldn’t have been better.His attention to detail and construction expertise made a challenging project run smoothly and resulted in a beautiful finished product. David built our East Dennis house for us in 2011.Because he had built homes on Cape Cod for many years we consulted him about building a new house to replace the existing house which was no longer suitable for us. After viewing some of his previous projects he recommended a designer who understood our goals for our new home. Because we lived 2 hours away it was important for us to have a builder who was on site every day. He communicated with us throughout the whole process and guided us to appropriate resources as we made decisions.His depth of knowledge and experience is exceptional.

We recently hired Dave Normandy to rebuild our deck, outside shower and reshingle cedar siding. We were not at the premises when the work was started. Dave provided us on a regular basis with texts and photos of the project and followed through on every small detail. We had a great experience. Our neighbors were so impressed with what the work that they also hired Dave to reconstruct an addition that was 30 years old. From complete home building to general repair work Dave stands behind his work and makes his clients happy.
