Best agent we have ever used. Over the years we have bought four houses and sold three. We have never had anyone work for us as hard as David B. For our recent purchase, David got a commission as the buyers agent, but he did the work of the sellers and buyers agent because the seller had no agent representing him. For the sale he managed for us, he ran open houses every weekend until the house sold. We had an offer within two weeks in a neighborhood where multiple houses were on the market but little was moving. He attended every showing of our house arranged by other agents so he could provide us with feedback about the comments from potential buyers. The guy is young, but a real go getter. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

David represented us as Buyers in our recent transaction. He was effective helping us negotiate, moving the process along and dealing with a less than responsive sellers agent. Highly recommend.
