David Barr and his team did an excellent job building my house. Even though it was a smaller house than he usually builds, he was with us every step of the way. He added recommendations, help us pick out designs, flooring and colors. Gabi, his right hand man, was very available and answered our calls the first time. Gabi was very friendly and accommodating. I will use David Barr if I build another house.. .

David, Rob and Team were amazing throughout the whole process. Although they were extremely busy, we always felt as if we were their only customer. We have built four homes and these guys were by far the easiest to work with and always followed up when needed.

We have a boot print in our stained concrete.. never did a walk through..the electric line was barely buried..everything that we asked to get fixed was never fixed.. we asked them to look at our culvert and broken-window and we never had anyone reach out to us to see if we were satisfied. I still can’t believe the divots and boot print in my floor.. have to hide it and people are appalled.. we have called and nobody ever reaches out to us.. it’s a shame.. they done care about their clients.. I guess they only if you have paid for the high dollar home
