I teamed up with Dave and his team to sell my rental property in Mid-Wilshire Los Angeles. From the very first meeting with him I could tell that Dave is extremely well experienced and an expert in residential real estate. We decided to put the property on the market in July this year for optimum outcome and had the challenge of finishing construction of an ADU I built in the backyard. Dave’s strategy and time plan fully worked out and the property sold for over asking within a month!! Other properties in the area still sit on the market for months! Although the property sold, I do not feel I was adequately counseled about the full consequences of the sale—particularly the physical, logistical, and personal impact of leaving a long-term residence. I met Josh Cohen at an open house and I really liked his interpersonal style. He is genuine, authentic, and he’s assertive without being pushy. He’s very good at following up, but I never felt like he was putting a lot of pressure on me. I told him from the start that it would take me a long time to find a house that I liked and he was really good at working with me. He was patient and followed through with a lot of my questions. When I finally found a house there were a lot of inspections that needed to be done and a lot of of negotiations. He did a great job. He was very honest with me about what I could expect and help me to have realistic expectations.I give him my highest recommendation.
