Our experience building with Dave R. Williams Homes (DRW Homes) in Creek Pointe Estates was extremely disappointing and easily the worst home-building experience we have had. My wife and I moved into our home in October 2025 after an 18-month build process. This was our fourth home build, so we understand that construction projects can have challenges. However, our experience with Dave R. Williams Homes was far more difficult than any of our previous builds. Once we signed the contract and paid the required $30,000 non-refundable deposit, the tone of the relationship changed noticeably.
