I’m going to say Dave Luzi is a “wizard” when it comes to Litchfield County Real Estate. Since he grew up in this area; he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table when you’re making your decision to buy or sell real estate. He helped me in buying my house as well as selling my house here in Litchfield. His vast knowledge in real estate made these transactions fully seamless and I would highly recommend him for any real estate transactions in this area.

Dave was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He was prompt with communication, a strong advocate for us, clear with any concerns and made the process easy and enjoyable. Dave is the best! My boyfriend and I were first-time homebuyers and we had no idea what we were doing. We were in good hands with Dave. We were moving from MA to CT and Dave was super flexible with scheduling viewings and communicated promptly with seller’s agents to make sure our tours went smoothly. Dave always pointed out areas of potential concern and helped us strengthen our buying “eye”. Contracts and closing went so smoothly, and he even contacted us a week or so after move-in to see how things were going. All in all, we appreciated how supportive he was throughout the whole process. 10/10
