This has been my WORST experience imaginable with a realtor. Listing broker not only did not clear out house to be shown, but was also a no-show/no contact for appt. Selling broker did nothing for client (coming from distance) except complain about opening door for showings & talk incessantly about her opossums? BEWARE! SAVE YOURSELF FROM NO HELP, NO SHOW, NO NOTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! BEWARE!!!
Karen is a great person and she has a hand in many properties in the area. Her husband is also a contractor so it helps when looking for a place that may even need work.
A great place to be if you are in the Real Estate Market. I absolutely love the new 🆕 paint they recently put on the building.
