Edit: Under new management and he seems to want to do alot better than before. Most of the units are condemned by the city, the ones in the back are no longer duplexes, but single house. Some of those are nice, but many are not finished or ready to be rented. The older residents near the front still lived in horrible conditions and they don't know whats going on, yet they still pay rent.
I lived in these apartments when they was call Highland Terrance Apt. They was OK then. After awhile they started to go down. I was driving though there and they have torn slot of the unit down. Looking real good for the ones they are remodeling. I like what I saw and is thinking about going back there. By the way I lived there for 7 years apt. 2050A N. Woodlawn Dr
