We had lived our home for 35 years and desired a home near the coast of South Carolina. We had been searching online for homes in the Georgetown SC area. Allison Pavy reached put to our family asking about shat we are looking for. She followed up with us at regular occasion to follow up with us to see if we were ready to move. We decided to look at a few houses shown by Alison Pavy. Alison was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the area. She kept us updates on the entire process from making an offer until closing. She made the process so much easier because she did the work for us. I can't say enough good things about Olivia's support as our realtor. My wife and I had to wait 19 months for our new home to be completed by a builder. Olivia guided us above and beyond through this process. There wasn't one request she didn't complete. We actually were working with another realtor that was absolutely terrible, wouldn't complete any request we had. Can’t remember how we came across this Real Estate company but we’re so glad we did. Olivia Standifer replied to our request as soon as we entered, and it was late at night. Olivia did an outstanding job finding what we wanted and made everything as easy as it could be. Even after the sale and transfer of ownership, she has been right there to answer any questions we had. I will just say that If we ever need any in the way of real estate, we will definitely let Olivia handle our needs. She’s become a great friend as well.
