Darlington Oaks/Midtown Flats

These apartments are horrible. They are infested with roaches and have black mold in the walls. The management are rude and never fix anything when you tell them about a problem. They also try to charge for damages that were already present before move in. They are known to take money from restore hope and still put an eviction on the tenant making it hard for them to move in the future as well which is illegal. Would 10000% not recommend.

The only good thing about these apartments is the price. Super roach infested. The weekly sprays make it worse. There are so many dogs and management does not enforce any kind of disciplinary action to have them pick up their dog poop. It smells disgusting. Water is frequently shut off.

Just got shown our new apartment yesterday and it was infested with roaches - I understand that they are doing everything they can, they offer free weekly spraying, but my excitement for moving in has absolutely plummeted. I want to give a shout out to Maria, the assistant manager of the property who takes a professional approach to doing her job. If I have any issues or questions she takes the time to listen and to respond, she does, exactly, what she says she will do. I trust her. For this I am grateful!

This place is an Absolute Nightmare and And you’re Better living in Muskogee, I was supposed to sign a lease for a one bedroom apartment and apparently the only thing they had available was a studio after two hours even prior to calling to make sure that there was bedroom available.
