Darby was professional, efficient and well versed on the market area. We worked with him over more than a year as we explored a large area across 3 states. He did not hound us when we were not active but when we saw properties in his area he was very responsive and when we finally found one that we really liked he represented us very well in the process which was competitive. We are very happy with him and with our purchase.

Our home buying experience was a bit chaotic in the Spring/Summer of 2023 we had multiple times that we were unsuccessful biding on a home, in fact at times it was downright discouraging. However, Darby was the positive in all of it, from keeping us up to date with listings to just checking in with us on how things were going. We truly felt like there was always an open dialogue and he was working on our behalf. We will always look at this as a tough transition, as it was our first home buy, but will never forget how he supported us and looked out for us on our behalf.

Darby was very detail oriented with great communication skills and always available. I would highly recommend him for buying or selling any homes in the area.
