I lived at The Landing in a perfect little townhouse and wanted to shout out Darby Development. I loved everything about living there. The maintenance staff was quick when I had any issues. The management team was absolutely incredible-efficient and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure there were community events scheduled for holidays, or for a random Friday night. Brittany was my favorite! Always there to greet me with a smile and a kind word about my son. It felt like a family, and I definitely felt like I was coming home every time I pulled in. I'm so grateful for this company. Definitely consider living here!

I have lived in Sawbranch for several years..I currently HATE IT HERE!! Several other residents have stated the same thing!! These apartments are falling apart!! Mold is growing in the bathroom!! This place is in need OF PRESSURE WASHING!! SPIDER WEBS ARE EVERYWHERE!!! Slack residents are leaving their trash outside their door for days at a time!! This was reported 2 Lisa !! Her attitude 🙄 needs adjusting! This apartments complex has went down over the years!! Will be looking 4 a new place 2 call home cos this isn't it!!

Went to office to renew lease. Lease renewal months had been inconsistent. Checking with Mgr Kat on initial sign date from years ago. Jess , who manages Kat came out of her office with a vengeance. Jess asked what is the problem. Kat and myself were calm and said we were reviewing the lease renewal. Jess loudly said If I was not happy living here I was more than welcome to move. No one here will stop you.I had lived there for over years. Late once on rent. No warnings about anything. Finished Chemo in August and Jess said you will be fine join the club. What? Two days later Kat and Jess were falling all over themselves apologizing for their behavior. They asked if I reported the incident. I did not. From that point on all communication was hostile from both Jess and Kat. I only left my ap

I really like my apartment but they wont tell me how much my rent is going up. I've asked three times, they keep saying they'll get back to me. I have a month and a half to figure out what I'm going to do
