Slumlords. Avoid doing business with them at costs. They intentionally turn off heat and hot water for the purposes of harassment and ignore requests to have it turned back on. Tenants are on day 3 of no heat and hot water. The receptionist pretends she’s an answering service to avoid connecting tenants to the owners or property manager.

The Daniel Group provided exceptional service throughout the entire real estate process. Their professionalism, market expertise, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and efficient. Daniel Group has received several complaints, over the course of more than one month, that someone is breaking into one of their residential properties and defecating/urinating in the hallway, as well as stealing delivered packages. The extent of Daniel Group's official response has been to (1) send a total of two e-mails to tenants, and (2) flyer identically-phrased notices throughout the hallways of the building. Daniel Group has taken no further effort in putting a stop to the break-ins, preventing the spread of raw sewage, or protecting their paying tenants. I. After dealing with so many landlords from Manhattan to Queens, Daniel Group has been awesome and very responsive. I had a great experience interacting with the management company. Quick repair and easy access to maintenance and rent portal. They usually complete maintenance request within 24 hours and I was really happy with that. Other building takes days to even get back to you... Daniel has been great and very understanding.. Totally recommend them!

I've been living in a Queens building for about a year. I was moving from out of state so it was difficult to foresee all the issues that I would face interacting with this company. If I had more local intel, I would have stayed away. Everything takes forever with this company and the management does not seem to care. A few examples. I've been asking for weeks for a renewal lease (not that I love living here but too much on my plate to move again), but for whatever reason I'm not being provided one. This building is the only one on the block that has garbage thrown about on the sidewalk--they were even cited for it recently.
