Regina is so terrible I cannot express that in words. And I’m saying that as the BUYER and she’s the sellers agent. She lives in her own world and the own rules don’t apply to her. Why didn’t her client remove the fridge? And the garbage? Why was the home not swept? I cleaned BLACK dust from the stairs, enough to fill a small garbage can. That was in the contract. I’m removing her clients hair from the bathroom in clumps. The contract stated the electric must be in working condition. She told me I had no right to reinspect the property before buying…well I’m sorry you have no right to make commission and tell me what to do. I don’t deal with liars, have bought and been part of many real estate deals, haven’t seen this cheap and disgusting behavior from anyone.
