Dania attacked the market with our listing and we received several offers. She quickly weeded out the first two and did what it took to close the third. She has a team of local contractors that support her efforts. They did quick reasonable and professional work. We sold the house from Florida. She kept me well informed on important matters and handled the trivial. I’m not easily satisfied, but she proved well worth her commission.

Short review - 5 out of 5 stars, if I was buying/selling a home tomorrow (or knew anyone else doing so) I’d be calling Dania in a heartbeat. Longer review - Dania was an absolute delight to work with buying our new townhome and we couldn’t more highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the foothills or west metro area.
