Taylor Wilkerson was with me through think and thin. We had some challenges with the buyer and she never left my side. She communicated early and often throughout the entire process. I always felt that she only had my best interest at heart. Hiring Taylor to be my agent was the best decision I made. She will fight for what’s right.

Prior to coming to Hannon Properties, I reached out to several other realtors. Needless to say, it was only at Hannon Properties that I signed with an agent: Kimberly Jones. Ms. Jones treats her clients like family and doesn’t care about just getting the commission of the sell. She truly cares that once in the home you will me there comfortably and not struggling. She gives her clients a lot of dos and both during and after the home buying process. Case in point, I was hired onto a new job that gave me a higher purchase power, however Kimberley Jones encouraged me to wait at least 6 months to see how the job goes to ensure that I even still have that job in 6 months. I strongly feel had it had been anyone else they would had pressured me to sign right then for the high purchase.

Keairra Webb started off really nice before I listed my property with her. Real estate agent Keairra Webb miss listed my house as a condo for months, refused to correct it along with other listing mistakes. Was too arrogant to ask her superiors in her office how to correct her mistake, was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, belittling in communicating with me. I would beware hiring of such unprofessional agents.

My initial experience working with an agent at Hannon Properties was not a good fit and stressful, I shared my concerns with Dan, and he stepped in and took over my listing, and helped me get over the finish line (to the closing table). It was a pleasure working with Dan and I would work with him again.

Although I did not work with this real estate firm myself, I sat across the table from one of their realtors at the closing table. She made many caddy remarks and mumbled many things under her breath towards my agent at the closing table. This was my first home buying experience and was shocked at her behavior. Very disappointed that someone twice my age would act in such an unprofessional & unbecoming manner.
