Let’s start by saying the apartments are very nice and spacious. They are fairly affordable but the decent price is not worth the problems you will have with the management staff. Our toilet had been running from the day we moved in. I instantly called them and put in a service request because we paid our own utilities and did not want the running toilet to jack up our water bill. Weeks went by without any word on when it would be fixed. Anytime I called for an update I would get attitude from management as if I was a bother. After about a month maintenance finally got it fixed. Our hot water heater went out twice in the year we lived there. The first time it happened we didn’t have hot water for 48 hours. When I called I was given the emergency maintenance number and told there was nothin
