Don’t let the unit layouts fool you—this place has serious, ongoing issues. The build quality is poor, the walls are extremely thin, and the overall property upkeep is disappointing. Dog owners routinely leave waste behind, trash spills into the street, and shopping carts from the nearby Fred Meyer often end up scattered around the complex. Many cars sit abandoned in parking spots for months before finally being towed. And that’s just scratching the surface. My biggest concern is the management’s questionable practices and extremely high staff turnover. I lived here for four years and recently moved out. I've been here for 3 years. Looking at leaving at the end of my current lease. Many of the other tenants are young "adults". They have little to no respect for others. They do not clean up after their pets, they don't care about noise after hours, and many engage in criminal activity. The management seems to turn a blind eye to all of this. Census is all they care about. Units are pretty but carpet is cheap, "wood" floors scratch easily and are susceptible to water damage. Build quality is low. Maintenance does the best they can but are given few resources. Garbage area is a nasty pest ridden nightmare. Garage doors are very small. Water from other garages seeps between the walls. Been here since April 2024 and still no dishwasher, icemaker, and it has been 2 weeks now with no answer to look at the washer that eats clothes. Literally. Looks like and seems newer but definitely you will not be the first ones to live here. With how old the website is stating brand new, that should have given us a clue. Built thin walls and no design concept to allow for light into your apartment. Main bedroom looks into stairwell. We are on the end and no utilization of any additional window for light. Assuming cheaply designed and upkeep is very minimal. Definitely find a different place. If you don't want to deal, like cave darkness, and to never have management on site, and don't care about things being fixed, then this is the place for you! Oh! For an apartment, well made. Coolest layout! They were good at communicating, I will have to say near the end to end my lease, it was kind of hard to get a hold of someone. More parking would be nice. Love that the cost of the garage was in it automatically. Overall i have found very few apartments that are nice looking and in good areas. Had to leave because of cost going up after COVID. That's the reason I am not there anymore.
