Registration took over an hour. They dont let anyone check in before 4pm on the dot and then the line is so long, you wait an hour to check, so now I lost an hour that they aren't going to extend my check out time for. Poor process, poor service. Was hard waiting in line so long. And could have been avoided if when people came at 3pm, they'd have some rooms ready so there wouldn't be a jam up and such bad service. To top it off my room wont be ready until 6pm, not 4pm. Unreal. Update....to make matters worse, we got the wrong room assigment and this after we lugged all our luggage 7 mins away to a 4th floor with a baby. Omg. Got back to registration office and there was another couple arguing about the same thing. Poor service, poor accountability.

This is the worst timeshare resort I have ever used. Poor customer service, slow to provide assistance to resolve issues, by far the worst purchase we have ever made, and I strongly recommend NOT purchasing with them.

Been waiting over one hour for customer service. I am sure they would be able to get ahold of me if I owed them money.

The worst customer service. Waited on hold for 54 minutes, finally hanging up. They owe me rental money, since August no info when I do get thru to customer service. Worst experience ever!

Vacation Village/Daily Management.... What a horrible experience. Booked 2 units for a 3 night stay...to attend a seminar with 2 long days. The idea was to go up Friday, buy groceries to go to the room and eat. Saturday morning, discovered blow-dryer didn't work. Saturday afternoon on lunch break, we found out that the $100 worth of groceries that were in the fridge, we couldn't eat because they were frozen and ruined. We checked out on Sunday, instead of staying. The attempt to recoup a partial refund for the night we didn't stay and money lost (over $250) was met with rudeness and hostility and blaming us for not reporting things in a more timely manner (we apparently were supposed to miss part of the expensive classes we paid to attend to report to resort that they were not delivering o
